A new look for the BMW i3 - in Fluid Black

At the Frankfurt Motor Show the BMW i3 shows up in a beautiful black paint job.
The new color available is sexy, we think. The black body color is combined with elements in Frozen Grey and BMW i blue to get a hole different look. Normally there is a contrast at the car, as the roof, hood and back is alway painted black at the car, while the other body parts are available in Ionic Silver, Arravani Grey, Laurel Grey, Andesite Silver, Solar Orange and Capparis White.
With the new color this design element, called “Black Belt”, disappears.

Over 30,000 cars of the BMW i brand were built since the market launch of the BMW i3 in late 2013. As we approach almost three years of i3 production, you might expect more changes to come in 2016 to the electric BMW. But for now, we enjoy the new color at the Frankfurt fair ground …
